These Terms of Use apply when you access or use AirportFareGuide. By continuing to use the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

AirportFareGuide is operated by Usman Khan as an independent airport-cost and journey-planning website. It is not a taxi operator, booking platform, airport authority, airline or public transport provider.

What AirportFareGuide provides

The website provides airport taxi fare estimates, approximate road distances and travel times, currency conversions, parking estimates, checklists, airport guides and related planning information. Core calculator results are produced from the inputs you select and the reference data described in our calculation methodology.

Features may be added, changed, suspended or withdrawn when data sources, technical requirements or the scope of the website changes.

Fare, currency and route estimates

Displayed fares and journey details are informational estimates. They are not guaranteed prices, official tariffs or offers capable of acceptance. Actual costs and times may change because of traffic, road closures, live surge pricing, waiting time, tolls, airport access charges, booking fees, luggage, vehicle class, night or holiday supplements, exchange-rate movement and operator-specific rules.

Route-search results depend on third-party mapping data and the location details submitted to the tool. A route may be unavailable, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular vehicle. Currency conversion is indicative and may differ from the rate applied by a bank, card issuer or transport provider.

Before travelling or paying, verify the terminal, collection point, live fare, included charges, cancellation terms, accessibility arrangements and journey time directly with the relevant airport or transport provider.

Your responsibilities and acceptable use

You are responsible for the information you enter, the decisions you make using an estimate and independently confirming details that could affect a journey or payment.

You must not:

• use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, hosting, database or another user's device;
• interfere with security, availability, rate limits or normal operation;
• use automated tools to scrape, reproduce or systematically extract content or data without written permission;
• misrepresent an AirportFareGuide estimate as an official fare, confirmed quote or booking;
• submit malicious code, misleading requests or another person's sensitive information without authority; or
• copy, republish or commercially exploit substantial parts of the website except where law permits it.

Reasonable indexing by legitimate search engines and ordinary sharing of links to public pages are permitted.

Third-party services and external links

The website may use or link to mapping, routing, exchange-rate, airport, transport, advertising and other third-party services. Their information, availability, terms and privacy practices are controlled by those providers. A link does not mean AirportFareGuide operates, endorses or guarantees the linked service.

If the website later includes an affiliate or sponsored link, it should be identified near the link. Commercial arrangements do not change the independent status of fare estimates or editorial guidance. Any booking or purchase made with a third party is governed by your agreement with that third party.

Intellectual property and permitted sharing

Unless stated otherwise, AirportFareGuide owns or licenses the website's original design, branding, explanatory content and calculation presentation. Third-party names, trademarks, maps and data remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view the website for personal use, print a reasonable extract for a journey and share links to public pages. These permissions do not transfer ownership or allow removal of attribution, bulk copying, resale, creation of a competing dataset or use of AirportFareGuide branding in a way that suggests endorsement.

Availability, warranties and liability

AirportFareGuide is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to keep the website useful and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every estimate, route, currency rate or external link will always be complete, current or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AirportFareGuide is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on an estimate, missed travel, a third-party service, unavailable content or use outside these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Privacy, browser storage and advertising

Our Privacy Policy explains how browser storage, location tools, email, hosting logs, analytics and advertising services are handled. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or unnecessary private booking information to AirportFareGuide.

Advertising must not be enabled where legally required consent has not been collected through an appropriate consent management platform. Legal and policy pages are intended to remain focused on their informational purpose rather than advertising.

Changes, severability and applicable law

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, data sources, business arrangements or legal requirements. The reviewed date at the top identifies the current published version. Material changes apply from publication and do not remove rights that already arose under mandatory law.
